Warranty Information

  1. All Products sold in our Shop are covered by a quality guarantee for proper and efficient functioning. The guarantee is provided by the manufacturer, Kratki.pl, and confirmed on the Proof of Purchase.
  2. Warranty periods vary depending on the Product and its individual components. As fireplaces consist of multiple parts, different warranty durations may apply to different elements.
  3. If a repair is carried out under warranty, the warranty period will be extended by the time between the date the complaint was submitted and the date the repaired Product is returned to the Buyer. This extension will be confirmed on the warranty card.
  4. The Buyer’s rights under the warranty automatically expire once the warranty period ends.
  5. Damage caused by improper handling, incorrect storage, unskilled maintenance, or failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions is not covered by the warranty. Burning wet wood is strictly prohibited and will invalidate the warranty.
  6. Natural behaviour of materials — such as expansion, crackling sounds during heating and cooling — does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for complaint.
  7. To submit a warranty claim, the Buyer must email contact@famstoves.co.uk with:
    • Proof of Purchase (or a copy),
    • the warranty card,
    • clear photographs of the defect. Complaints are processed within 14 days for technical and organisational reasons.
  1. All reported defects are subject to verification by the Seller to confirm that the fault is not due to misuse or Buyerrelated damage.
  2. Warranty Coverage:
    • smooth and efficient functioning of the fireplace;
    • cast iron parts;
    • movable parts of control mechanisms;
    • TERMOTEC ceramic panels – 2year warranty (minor cracks, fissures or spidervein patterns are natural wear and not grounds for replacement);
    • grates and seals – 1year warranty;
    • complaints related to odour – up to 6 months from installation (must be documented in the warranty card).
  1. The warranty period begins on the date the original Product is purchased or installed by the first Buyer (end user).
