Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds

The Buyer, who is a Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days. This period begins on the day the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer (other than the carrier), takes possession of the Product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision by sending an unequivocal statement via email. The withdrawal deadline is met if the Buyer sends the statement before the 14day period expires.

After submitting the withdrawal, the Buyer must return the Product within 14 calendar days. Please include the Proof of Purchase or a copy of it with the returned Product.

The shipping costs of the return are borne by the Buyer. If the Product cannot be returned by standard post due to its nature, the Buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning it (e.g., courier charges).

Before exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer may not use the Product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The Buyer is liable for any reduction in the Product’s value resulting from improper use. If such reduction occurs, the Seller may issue a debit note to adjust the refund amount or request the Buyer to cover the value of the damage.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer agrees to a different method that does not incur additional costs. For payments made by card, the refund will be processed to the bank account linked to the card. For electronic or recurring payments, the Buyer must provide the bank account number for the refund.

If the Contract is cancelled and the Product was sent at the Seller’s expense or via cashondelivery, the Seller will deduct the incurred shipping costs from the refund.
