Warranty

  1. The Products offered in the Shop are covered by a quality guarantee on the efficient functioning of the Product specified on the Proof of Purchase, which is granted by the Producer (Kratki.pl).
  2. The guarantee period granted for each Product sold varies - depending on the Product and its components. This is because the Product may consist of many separate parts and different warranty periods will apply to different parts.

  2. The purchaser's rights under the guarantee granted shall automatically lapse upon expiry of the guarantee period.
  3. Any damage resulting from improper handling, storage, unskilled maintenance, not complying with the conditions specified in the operating and maintenance instructions and other causes which are not the fault of the manufacturer, will invalidate the guarantee if these damages have contributed to a change in the quality of the fireplace stove. It is forbidden to burn wet wood. As the fireplace stove warms up and cools down, it expands and may crackle. This is a natural phenomenon and does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
  4. In order to make a complaint, the Buyer should send an application to the e-mail address: contact@famstoves.co.uk. The Buyer is asked to enclose the Proof of Purchase or its copy, the guarantee card and photographs of the damage. For technical and organisational reasons, a complaint submitted by the Customer will be processed within 14 days.
  5. The reported complaint is subject to verification by the Seller, who will determine whether the fault is not the fault of the Buyer.

    The guarantee shall be extended by the period from the date of the complaint to the date of notification to the purchaser

    The guarantee covers:

    - the smooth functioning of the fireplace;

    - cast iron parts;

    - movable parts of the control mechanisms;

    - the TERMOTEC ceramic fireplaces for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase (slight cracks, fissures and spider veins do not constitute grounds for replacing the elements, as this is a natural material that wears out gradually)

    - grates and seals for a period of 1 year from the purchase of the insert;

    - complaints reported on the smell for a period of 6 months from the installation of the insert (documented by an entry in the guarantee card).

  7. The guarantee period begins to run when the original Product is purchased or installed by the first Buyer (end user).
