We aim to deliver your goods between 3-4 weeks from the payment day. Fam Stoves will not hold any responsibility for unexpected delays.
If there is a possible delay, we will contact you via email or telephone. We will advise and offer options to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
All deliveries are made Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), 9AM – 5PM and require your signature. Please ensure all goods are checked before being signed for.
If any part of the goods are damaged please sign as ‘Damaged’ and notify us immidiately. By failing to do so, you are accepting responsibility for any damage discovered thereafter, voiding any claim.
All goods are delivered on a pallet by one-man and curb-side service. It is customer’s responsibility to arrange sufficient man power to move goods delivered to a final and required location.
If, for any reason, you miss your delivery, a card will be left by the courier, and you will need to reschedule for new delivery day/time. You will also require covering any additional cost.
If you do not rearrange your delivery and the goods are returned to us, you will be charged for such additional cost of return. This will be deducted from a refund of your original order payment.
